Information you give directly

Email address. If you sign up for the email list or download a free resource, I collect your email address. I use this to send you the content you requested and occasional emails about new posts and resources. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Name. Some forms ask for your first name so I can address you personally in emails. Providing it is optional.

Contact form submissions. If you reach out via the contact form, I receive your name, email address, and message. I use this only to respond to you.

Purchase information. Digital products are sold through Payhip. When you make a purchase, Payhip processes your payment and personal information. I receive your email address and order details to fulfill your purchase, but I do not store your payment card information. Information collected automatically

Analytics. This site uses analytics software to understand how visitors find and use it — things like which pages are visited, how long people stay, and what device or browser they're using.
